China is already taking steps, India is well on its way and if the Dems win in 2020, get ready for a massive drive to green tech. I think they will win so the reality is the all electric car society or water fueled cars are not but 10 years away. It is a pipe dream oil will remain the primary fuel to our economic engine.

Fossil fuel will be around for awhile, Guyana stands to benefit , hopefully the government planners use the revenue to create other industries. Guyana have lots of land focus should be on Agriculture, especially cash crops.
