Seven petitions were not thrown out by the courts. What you may be referring to are cases related to the elections. In those the judges repeatedly stated that the instrument to address issues raised by the Coalition was elections petition.
There are two of those before the CJ.

There will be a decision to proceed hearings on one on January 18th ,2021. There are no problems for hearing of the other one.

Most likely both Petitions will be heard.
