JOINDER OF LISTS. A new concept to me.
First time in the history of Guyana. This happens when you have a constitutional expert at the helm. As opposed to a coalition, each party occupy the seats they win at the election. This is the only strategy against winner take all which leaves out those who are not in the winning party.
I am confused now, the other day you said Shuman is dual citizen, how will this strategy work then ... help me. I believe Ralf has dig his final grave in politics.
Shuman has turn out to be dishonest, why is Ralf tarnishing his political reputation.

Shuman cannot be a Parliamentarian or Minister. He will probably go back to Canada and give his votes to Asha.
