Reply to "Another Guyanese"

I know couple engineers that graduated from top universities that are not worth their dime.  Top schools are know to "churn through" mediocre students because of the high fees involved.  

The graduation rate at CUNY for the Masters in Engineering was just about 50% when I attended.  The major subjects class sizes were over 100 students so professors were very tough and it was not uncommon to see many F grades, which in a Masters program is basically time to quit since you have to graduate with a 3.0 or higher GPA.
