Talking about Education,how do you define some one to be uneducated ??
There various levels of education, in the past, a high school diploma was sufficient to be regarded as educated. Today a bachelors degree at an accredited university is at the lower cusp of being considered educated. A PHD is the upper limits.
Actually you didn't give an answer to define the "uneducated",i am looking for deeper presentation.
