You would be surprised. Some folks like Gilbakka never thought about owning land. Some folks are satisfied with one house lot. Some folks want multiple house lots. Other folks want a few acres. And there are those who buy up and collect hundreds of acres as if land were just coins. There are needs and there are wants. The wanters don't set limits.

Property laws in Guyana needs to change, to protect innocent people who allow others to stay on their property and after a few years, the 'tenants' can apply for ownership.
