Obviously you cannot cut salaries retroactively. Don't know if they can legally cut benefits.

Jay, you might not be able to cut salary retroactively but you can cut it going forward, correct? And since the pension is pegged to the current salary then by cutting the current salary you will cut the going forward pension, agreed?
