Druggie do you know that some Indo Guyanese kids have claimed to be "black" and received affirmative action into college. They have even received scholarships from black community groups! Druggie the "urban culture" of NYC consists of black Americans, Caribbean blacks, Caribbean Hispanics and Caribbean Indians.

Blacks are being pushed out of cities close to NYC and eventually these locations become prime real estate for other immigrant groups. Do a study on Harlem and see that it has changed hands many times, also slowly Blacks are being bought out from those brownstones. T
