Indo Caribbean people in the USA are seen as blacks with straight hair. They see your mannerism and hear your accent. The reason why Indos move to Jamaica and not to Howard Beach is that the Italians used to beat them up when they did so.
In fact when Indos moved into RH the whites fled. I first found out that you all were moving in when a white person who I used to work with complained about you all with your 3 days weddings with screechy music and public urination by the guests. He left for Long Island. This when I told him that was a Guyanese. He specified that it was the Guyanese "with straight hair, not like me".
I suggest that you stop feeling superior to blacks and learn that in North America they consider all of us black. They do NOT connect you to India. In fact many query as to why these "Indian looking people speak like Jamaicans and act like blacks".
Here we go again, cribby ranting and raving but avoiding the crux of the matter that you bring down property value where ever you move. The reality is that whites and other ethnic groups flee from areas that have too many people like you.
