Guyana isn't like long ago when you had "red" people who were a separate entity to themselves. Trotman claims to be mixed. How many view him as mixed and what is the possibility that a man like Trotman would allow a PPP victory? There is no singular "mixed" group anymore. There are a variety of mixtures and a variety of attitudes towards ethnic identity.
The results will be determined by who will get their hard core base> I expect a very low turnout by the youth. In a low turn out low energy elections the Amerindians will find better use of their time because as you know getting to polling stations in the interior is not easy for many.
