Guyana already has a system in place that can be transformed into a Canadian style system.
The Central Government, The regional Governments, and the Municipalities.
The regional governments can be run like a province with a Premier as the head and have all the responsibilities of the Canadian Provinces.
The Municipalities could be run like Toronto.
It is not too difficult to transform the Country into a Federal system.

They can even learn to be corrupt hypocrites like Canadian politicians! Really servants of the banks! Money talks, bullshit walks and Canadian politicians are tireless walkers!
