I'm happy with the result as a human being who believes in people living their own lives without the excessive and unnecessary interference of others.

However, I know bad law when I see it. This ruling bases the conclusion on the ill defined and often abused "due process" clause of the fifteenth amendment. Basically, this is made up law. If you can make this up then you can make up practically anything.
