Pay no attention to Druggie, he got demoted from his coding job to the UBS help desk. Now he opens and closes tickets. Lol

This is why he discredits everyone and everything. With his rank Creolese accent though they aren't going to have him on the help desk too long as UBS clients are complaining about this person who doesn't speak English, and so is unable to communicate with them.
