For want of less vitriolic words this is wanton pursuit of nonsense. Humans are the irreducible unit in a count of persons. Person hood cannot exist in half a person so any inference here that we can split hairs and claim the middle of a count of humans is to chop one of them in half is insane. It is magical thinking.
Further, this government has been relying on 33 as the majority in all legislation it proffered. It did not split the human and looked for the other one and a half person to satisfy the concept of a majority then.
This is villainy plain and simple. Worse it means that truth to them is dispositional. It is to be argued like Georgias the sophist when asked to speak of salt...he asked whether he should speak to the good or bad of it as is their preference.

I do not care who invented the scheme. It is mathemagical. This is not mathematics. Further, if it matters not in legislation that went on un restricted in the past three years then why is it so important noe?
A majority is not a phrase that stands by itself. We are not doing transfinite math here. We are dealing with human beings. Half a human is never a participant in a direct count of human beings.
