Yes dummy. I know there is a difference in the use and aggregation of the numbers. However, the basis, a legit list is common to both. If the list is so grossly illegitimate for the GE, how was it legit for the LGE.
This implies the LGE list had the same issue. Or are you saying Guyana has two different sets of voting population?
