A sensible society will ensure that 100% of teh schools ensured that 100% of the students were connecetd and adult centers were available to train interested adults.

The PPP prefers hand outs just before the election, damned if the laptops will be used or sold. Of course some one as usual ran off with lots of cash in typical PPP corruption style.
