Specializing in crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside gourmet tater tots, the Totwheels food truck is the creation of Chef Darryl Crumb, who competed on Top Chef Canada. As you'd expect, toppings are inventive and change with the seasons, including such outside-the-box offerings as escargot, sweetbreads, foie gras, and seared pickerel cheeks topped with roe, pickled ginger and wasabi mayonnaise. In fact, Totwheels' signature dish is Le Renault, in which tater tots are topped with crispy fried frog legs, green beans, mushrooms and feta cheese.
