This restaurant on wheels takes the phrase "super-sized" very seriously, serving up sensational street eats from a double-decker food truck that's also a sit-down, eat-in restaurant. The truck isn't the only thing out of the ordinary about Blake, which offers such unique dishes as organic northern divine caviar on brioche, Haida Gwaii scallops served with hominy grits and cumin popcorn, and the king and dungeness crab served with ricotta gnudi, brown butter, black truffle honey and grana padano.
