What nonsense are you talking about? The cable never worked in the first place. It needed to be fixed, not maintained but as it turned out, it was beyond repair. 

Ok then.  So PNC didn't know how to fix it.  If these people can't build a proper bench at Durban Park how can they fix Fibre Optic Cable.  I am betting many of them can't even spell the words Fibre Optic Cable!!!

if impurities seep into the cable you cannot repair it. It is glass and its ability to transmit date is dependent on its super clean status.

Fiber optic cabling is done every day by Guyanese here in the us. Every time someone install a fios cable they handle fiber optics. It is cable like any other except it require more care than coax.  It is not so highly technical that a few weekends instruction at handling it would not be sufficient for competency. Alexi Failed because he was lazy and he did not plan.
