Thanks for conforming your bias as it confirms your allegiance to the Indo KKK party.

RH is the aorta of the INDO Guyanese community, and there may well be some who will dispute that.  But to claim that it represents every Guyanese is pure NONSENSE!

If the APNU-AFC wins and they do not go after these crooks who do you think we will be castigating for being complicit with evil? There can be no kiss and make up here. The PPP should get the full Sri Lankan experience.

Richmond hill? yawn. Find something else to do. I get some food there and get the hell outa there. Nothing to see or do there.

So VM an INDO Guyanese who doesn't share your enthusiasm.

VM knows full well that Afro Guyanese don't look to RH as an aorta of their lives and I reminded him of that. Rather than acknowledging that fact he made his remark.

You can name him what you will but it is clear that he doesn't regard Afro Guyanese as included in what he considers Guyanese.  He could have modified his statement to claim that it is the aorta of the INDO Guyanese community.

Run off and defend him if you wish.

We have survived the Economic Meltdown, the Mortgage frauds and the price of any home is more than $500,000, yes US$

Compare that to redhook, Gowanus area the real estate prices are above 1 Million, same neighborhood had 500K homes 5 years ago.........

Richmond Hill does not have that kind of growth in real estate values.

you're right...compared to Bklyn, no such growth in RH

Ray, DEVELOPERS GO TO AREAS WHERE THEY CAN BUY CHEAP.  RH IS FAR FROM CHEAP.

Bannas, If it was cheap they would knock it down and build 40 Stories like they doing in Bklyn.  That is all I am saying.

I aint knocking RH...just saying that it's become very crowded...

Crowded and congested yes BUT we love it that way.  The smell of Curry on a bright Sunday Morning, Bhajans in the Air. Exactly at 10, Mukesh, Rafi and Lata take over. Dat is life in london.

NO two persons are alike. You enjoy your quiet, I will enjoy the smell of Curry and Rafi and Mukesh.

NY skyline follow an under ground mountain range. You cannot build tall buildings everywhere you want. Some place is just valley ie unsupportable soil.

Reale state price is not the limiting factor. The community's mean income determines that and  RH is no pools and patio space.  The availability of funding from banks given the viability for development per the concessions the from the city are more the case.

There is a black Guyanese woman, Viera last name, who is into development of multi million dollar properties in DC and it is one of the highest real estate markets in the nation...the world for that matter.
