I was merely 11yrs old in 1964,due to my inquisitiveness i sense something wasn't right,never in my mind there was a thought of racial war,the elders never burden us the children with such matters,the gathered to protect the community,fortunately we were safe except for the loss one male villager while working in his rice field was shot and died by a coward who was known later to be a resident of the neighboring village.

As time goes by we all moved on and forgive never to harbor any animosity against each other.I wish the people of the country can be like my villagers,if they could the country can be united.
