I was looking for a smile in the first video.
They were too serious.
Guess they were under lots of pressure.

The couple in the second video seemed so relaxed.
It looked so much like a part of a Bollywood movie, but it was real.

Hey Rosie, I went to a wedding in Bel Air where the groom got up and whoop his brother in law. I tried to calm him down (had many instances where I intervened to calm people down) and he told me that his brother in law just kept complaining about his sister and he couldn't take it anymore. Smile

How many of you wed through match making and still love your life partner to this day?

In Guyana a group of young men pretend to be interested in match making weddings just to see the girl, eat and drink the people food and rum and then never to up again. That is a shame and a heart breaker for any man's daughter. Anyone heard of similar situations?

Which era are you from Cobra? My dad told me stories that a group of guys in their days did that and they thought it was all fun.

Fun? They're lucky it wasn't my sister they were fooling around with. Smile It still happens in some parts of Guyana. Only Sunday I heard of one such incident that took place in Berbice.

Bai this is over 45 year old story and my dad and his friend were in their late teens. You'd thing by now them people smarten up. They should put some good geera (i don't mean the spice kind Big Grin)in their food and then you'll see how much offer they will get. OR if they know they playing a prank put some laxitive in the food.
