Douglas face far more hostility from their Indian relatives than from their African relatives and you know this.  That is why people like you think that "douglarization" is ethnic genocide. 

I in fact remember at a forum that was held in RH after the 1997 racial violence and Afro Guyanese panelist joked and said that maybe the solution will be Guyanese all becoming douglas. Audible gasp from the crowd, and an Indian panelist wailed that douglas hate Indians even more than blacks do.

APNU AFC events have many people of mixed ancestry attending.  APNU attracts way more than the 32% of the vote that Africans represent.  With virtually no support from Indians or Amerindians, obviously it is because they attract the bulk of the mixed vote, many presumably being douglas.

Also if Moses hasn't been booed by PNC crowds why do you whine that all Africans have in mind as a daily act is beating up Indians?

It isn't that blacks don't like Indians.  Its that they don't like the types of Indians who don't like them.  These being represented by the PPP which has made no bones in this election of its disrespect for Afro Guyanese.

Its a pity that you internalize in your head a deep seated inferiority about being an Indian male unable to defend himself against blacks.

Moses is a lawyer and will defend his deal with Granger of the APNU AFC coalition wins. 

The only issue is if he fails to generate enough support among Indians and the PPP wins. I have my doubts as to whether APNU, which will generate a high voter turn out, will want to give seats to some one who didn't do what they were supposed to do, with the result being a PPP win.  A PPP minority gov't will mean that Guyana becomes a virtual one party state, and so Nagamootoo will have no leverage over Granger.

But if Granger wins Nagamootoo will embarrass him and destroy the APNU AFC gov't if Granger tries to be slick.

Bhai Caribj, in 2011 I had a deep conversation with an Afro-AFCite and he was frustrated at the Afro attitude towards the AFC.  He challenged some to give a good reason for not backing the AFC as they said they did in 2006.  They circumvented all around then coughed up that Ramjattan being a former PPP.  He countered saying, Trotman was a former PNC and they both saw the shortcomings and wanted a 3rd path, so why the switch back.  Finally, one came forward and said, "we ain't voting for no c00lie".  We vote for Trotman but Ramjattan is a c00lie.

Now, go figure.

The truth is that the AFC abandoned campaigning or spending money to campaign in black areas, they did a half hearted attempt in kwakwani and in georgetown they did not have any game until Flour boy showed up and kicked off the campaign in region 4 that is a fact.

So to say some black people had some negative attitude towards ramjattan if they did it was for good reason. Ramjattan did not go after black votes this is a fact.

Tell you what.  If the PPP wins APNU will ignore them.

It is the PPP who will hunt them down and string them alive for "selling out to black man".

It is for this reason that the AFC better split the PPP vote.

And face facts, if the PPP wins and takes back parliament, Guyana will become a one party state, so it will not matter whether the AFC gets 12 seats or 5.

In 2011, when you were playing around with the AFC, before your primal racist instincts resurged leading you back to the PPP, I remember YOU and Mitwah calling me a PPP soup licker when I told you both that the AFC was ignoring the black vote as it was virtually camped out in Regions 5 and 6.

Well the result was the AFC lost votes in every other region in the country.  A small party will not get support if it doesn't work to get it.  Blacks didn't support the AFC because they AFC didn't behave as if they wished this support.  They saw a small bitty party which they feared would be too weak to confront the much hated PPP and so they fled to the bigger party which they felt better positioned to fight.

Had Nigel Hughes been used earlier on in the campaign the AFC would have done better.  He might actually be more popular outside of the black middle class than Granger is.  Despite the fact that he too comes from the black elite.

BTW did Indians vote for the WPA, even though the WPA did more to confront Burnham than Jagan ever did?  NO!
