At least there is a foundation. But the fact is that if they didn't torch it in the first place, they wouldn't have to rebuild it.

Who are 'they' that you're  talking about and where is this 'fact' to support this statement of yours. According to a report in one of the tabloids, this fire was electrical in origin and that a lone security guard was on duty at the time. I fail to see how you arrived at the above conclusion.

Apparently you haven't been keeping up with events in Guyana.  Ever heard of "mo fiah slow fiah" and which party is associated with this slogan? Putting on a suit and tie and committing electoral fraud to ascend to power does not absolve one from past wicked deeds.

You're basing your fact on a slogan? I asked u to present proof to back up your post and thus far you've been unable to do so. You do realize that all you're doing is offering speculations and that's not going to cut it.
On the flip side of the coin, there are some who would argue that It was the PPP who burnt down the place to make way for a parking lot for the Marriot. This again is all speculation, being neither here nor there.
So tell me Bgurd, which is which?
