The PPP is NOT getting back in power and Jagdeo knows that. Instead of wiping your tears, I want you to holler for mercy for the one unforgiving mistake Indian made in 2015 to embrace the coalition change. now you're sentenced to death by Granger. Jagdeo abandoned ship and leaves his people at the mercy of Granger.

Please don't let anyone fool you. There is no hope for PPP in 2020 or after. So, laugh, cry, or just tough it out. I will eat meh salt and rice and stay quiet in Trump America.

Nehru, nah cry, pickney.   pray to God.

Those who think history will repeat itself will be sorely disappointed.  The PNC is not sitting comfortable in power.  They are quite worried about being booted from office in 2020 like what happened in 1992. The US is not interested in supporting a dictator for oil. Guyana  does not have to be a dictatorship to serve US interests.  US interests will be better served with a democratic government at the helm.  The US is not saying anything now because they feel the gov't. in office has the right to be there until 2020. They will say something if the electoral machinery is compromised by the PNC and serious condemnations and actions will follow. The Jagdeo administration did a fantastic job in boosting the power of private sector in Guyana even though corruption accompanied such development.  The US is very satisfied with the expansion of the private sector and now they are very much watching the backward moves the Granger administration is making reminiscent of the infamous Burnham era.

The decay of Guyana during the PNC years are etched into the minds of the older generation. This new generation who has no memory of the PNC's past are now getting a taste of the racism and bullyism of the present heirs of Forbes Burnham. Attempts are being make by the president to absolve the Burnham regime of the denying the people of Guyana of their right to vote and the destruction of the economy.  What many of us don't realize is there is growing dissent in this country against high taxes and growing unemployment.

Somehow I get the feeling that the PNC will have some vacancies coming soon and the sloppers are busy seeking attention.

  • Princy, Canada accepts genuine refugees, no room for slop can refugees, but don't worry Granger need Neemakas, two is not enough.

Interesting, let us explore the origin of this term:

  • Namakharam - Ingrate, especially in a political context [from Bhojpuri Hindustani "Namak Haram"]
