1-1 series even. Nice of Miami to steal home court avantage. Now they have to build on that. 2 at home are no guarantees but it does help to have some homecooking. Plus with Haslem back the Bulls have more things to worry about. Maybe in the summer they should ship Bosh and Bibby and get Chris Paul or Dwight Howard (doubt this will happen since Heat and Magic are in the same conference). The lineup would be awesome.

IF the Heat wins a Title the draw will be too great to resist. Players play for 2 things - Money and a Title. When they got money the only way to cement their legacy is thru a title. With that said I think ballers will roll on South Beach where the best chances are to win a title. Why would you want to go somewhere for an iffy opportunity if you have a better guarantee???

you couldn't be more wrong...did Durant leave OKC for the heat/ Do you see Rose leaving Chicago for the Heat? Do you see Dirk leaving Dallas for the Heat? These guys will get plenty more kudos than Le Fraud will ever get because they did not 'team up" with other stars to get championship...they will do it with "their" team..... Big Grin

Had more to do with every team chasing LeBron and having no time to want them. Being relegated to other than best don't make them deserving of heroism.

It was mutual between Denver and Anthony (they both wanted to part ways)...Cleveland wanted LeFraud to stay...instead LeFraud chose to try and win the "easy" way... Big Grin

They wanted him so much that they surrounded him with no decent support for 7 long years causing him to have to bust his ass for every win and even when they loose.

dude...Cleveland went to the NBA finals and also played in the Eastern Conference finals with Lebron.
Lebron came straight out of high school, so it will take a couple years at the beginning to get adjusted to the NBA.

7 years is nothing...check out how many times Jordan was frustrated until Bulls got PIppen.

Le Fraud quit on Cleveland last year in the playoffs...he knew he was leaving anyway. Cleveland would have gotten another player or 2...but LeFraud just quit to go team up with other "stars"...he could have done it in Cleveland because they came close a couple times...

Only because of LeBron.

What would have constituted not quitting? Him scoring a hundred points every game to ensure that they win 100 to something?

Answer me honestly, If you were a player and had the option of staying and being the man but never winning a ring or leaving knowing that you would increase your chances before its too late and you become Shaq, dragging your broken ass from contender to contender trying to get a taste of that championship again, What would you do???
And many went into retirement without a ring. Ask them what they would do? They would team up if they had to do it again, trust me. What's the use of staying??? To make the owner rich while he does nothing to make sure you win a ring?

To address the LBJ issue, did you see the attitude of Dan Gilbert after LBJ said he was leaving??? Downright nasty. Now ask yourself, would you want to work for someone like that? Sure, he was hurt but if he had kept it classy, more people would have agreed that LBJ was a bad guy in leaving. What DG wanted was the jersey sales, the 100% sold out attendance, the worldwide team recognition and the TV rights and what he wanted to give back was squat. Wait and see how many players will stay and how many high profile players will want to join his team. I can tell you right now that despite LBJ's move to Miami he still has a lot of clout over players. He changed the landscape of the NBA by switching jerseys and with no franchise player to create a core, the Cavs are in the doldrums long term. Everyone want to be a winner - NOW!

Not really. Basketball is not the only hot spot in SoBe. Infact, it is not even anywhere near the top of the list. Plus we have action year round down here. We don't shut down our fun stuff for four months every year. Smile

I thought that both Wade and LeBron were falling in love with Bosh's on game last night and trying to pass to him which might have messed ip their rythem.
