What a surprise, no one on this forum had any good to say about Shadick, in fact she was referred to as a waste. I guess when people are no longer politically relevant, they suddenly are elevated to saint status.

i am not praising Bibi shadiek. my comparison is that they are less social programs under the new minister compare to the Shadiek era.

Shadik use the programs to benefit her own people but aleast we knew where the moneys were going. Can anyone tell  me when the money allocated to the Ministry of Human Services are?

What new programs have they develop for the citizens of guyana?
