For $234, you can get a seven-course tasting menu with decadent menu items like a mosaic of Guinea hen with rum and violet glazed plums.

"We would destroy the spirit of these dishes if we served them in very large portions," the menu reads. As a result, the restaurant serves dishes that have the "brevity of only three or four mouthfuls."
