Super Bet supports 11th running of the Guyana Cup at Rising Sun Turf Club

Super Bet has joined those business entities stepping forward to ensure the Jumbo Jet Business Enterprise and Stables 11th running of the Mega Guyana Cup Meeting on August 13th at the Rising Sun Turf Club on the West Coast of Berbice starting at 11:30am is a resounding success it usually is.
Guyana Operations Manager of Super Bet, Mr. Srikant Kissoonsingh this week handed over their contribution to Promotional Manager of the Guyana Cup, Roy Jafarally. Super Bet joins ISG Industrial Supplies of Guyana Inc. as sponsors on board so far.
Coordinator Junior β€˜Jumbo Jet’ Mohammed last week announced the staging of the event, promising the usual choc-full of entertainment and excitement based on the fact that most of the top racehorses in the country will be entered to battle for the attractive cash prizes on offer along with the many side attractions always added to the activity.
The racing programme has the B Class event the main attraction. This race is open to all imported and Guyana Bred B class horses and covers a distance of 2000m for a whopping $2M for the winner with second collecting $1M, third $500,000, fourth $250,000 and fifth $125,000.
There is the E & lower 1500m race for all imported and Guyana Bred 3 years and up and those rated E class and lower for a sumptuous $1.2M winner’s purse.
The G & Lower Guyana and West Indies Bred racehorses cover 1500m with the winner carting off $700,000, the H3 & lower race for Guyana and West Indies bred horses has a $400,000 pay day over a distance of 1100m, the 2 years old Guyana Bred horses will run over a similar 1100m distance with $350,000 the purse on offer for the winner, while 3 year old Guyana bred and I1 & Lower class racehorses will look to cash in on the $300,000 first prize over 1100m. The J2 & K & Lower class will be battling for a $250,000 purse, while the L& Lower non-winners will collide for a $200,000 winners take, both events also over 1100m.
