getting too old for that long drive to/from Scarberia, especially late at nights.....but since we have a lot of famo there, we can arrange for a sleep over after the dinner.

plus....I am not a fan of the Toronto traffic

couple of w/ends ago, it took us 5 hours....yes 5 hours.....to get from Hamilton to Scarborough (A & R's house)!!

but let me tell you....if I didn't have the roti in my car that I was taking to the b/day dinner, I would have turned around and gone right back home.

Would love to meet up the old gang but the 20th of August is off limits - have two weddings in NY August, September, then an engagement again in October in NY, another wending in November in Florida.  So it's been quite a year of celebration.  Hope we can all find a mutually agreeable date.

Hey Chami, Thanks we are doing good. Yeah Wednesday will be 2 years since her passing. Actually I am looking forward to that day, weird I know.

Bibi's passing has made a positive impact on my life I will say. Her death and my mother's was not in vain I have learnt so much and have appreciate so much.

My children though sad at having lost  their mother so suddenly without even having the chance to say goodbye have taken away much from in life and have grown closer together.

Yes in due time there will be a new light in our lives. At the right moment I will share with all of you. Even though my heart remains sad the love is still strong and feels new like it was some 30 years ago.

 I am yearning for the happiness that will be soon coming my way once again.

Good morning gang. Happy Saturday morning to all. Sunny but windy. Planning to pull out the remaining of my dead plants from the garden. And rake up some leaves that have fallen. My neighbor wife asked to help her look after her lawn and add some fertilizer. I think i should help thy neighbour lol

Good morning peeps.  Cham fresh raspberries sound delicious..all I have is a few wiri wiri in pots to get rid of when they wither...have a good supply of pepper for the whole winter.

Beautiful Sunday morning here, had a good workout at the gym and relaxing in my sun room with a good cuppa coffee waiting for guests.
