V is this idiot missing the point or just plain dumb? the tree campaign has been ongoing but the need is now an imperative. Maybe you can get this jacka55 to to go door to door and explain to the residents the reason why a percentage of their property should be under green and convince them to break up some concrete and plant a few trees and they can still drink dem rum and cook dem curry and have a nice time .
