The PPP lives in perpetual fear that one day they will have to bare the full consequences of the ethnic exclusion that they pursue.
What they fail to understand is that many Indians also sour of being excluded because they aren't part of the PPP inner circle.
One thing that Africans might have learned in this exercise is that not every Indian is their enemy. Pity that an inept opposition might well allow the PPP to steal the election, as more blacks will be forced to drink PPP milk, and the Indians who strayed from the PPP plantation will be punished.

OBSERVATION:
* The AFC won Region 8 in 2011 but that party no longer exists as a 3rd party. It has been swallowed up by the PNC.
* The PPP has registered hundreds of new voters in Region 8, and so it will be interesting to see if the PPP "vote engineering" will allow them to win region 8 in 2015.
* Of course, we all know that 50+1% of the Guyanese electorate will re-elect the PPP on May 11th, but I am just curious to know how well the PPP "mined" the votes in region 8.
