After all the fact that Guyana cant sell rice and its costs are too high can never be blamed on the PPP.  It must be Burnham even though he died 29 years ago.  NOTHING is ever the PPPs fault.

 

I mean encouraging people to grow more rice, boasting about it, and its only after they riot that you admit that poor planning is the cause of this.  If Guyana can only sell t protected markets where they pay more than world prices (CARICOM and Venezuela) then why did the PPP encourage these people to grow more!
