How about trying to give us 24 hour electricity, 24 hours clear (not red) water, spraying for mosquitoes, picking up garbage, digging the drains, solving crime, etc.

The man who LIED is the PPP's Brasington, who said that NICIL is a private company but NICIL is 100% owned by the people of Guyana and spent 12 billion of the people's money on the hotel that nobody wants.
