OK Folks!

The subject today is PUNCTUATION!

As many of you are aware, men and women have vastly different punctuation skills---you'll find out later in this thread---an English professor gave his class an assignment.

Speaking of punctuation, years ago the Rev and the first lady used to write letters to each other.

So one day we were chatting and she said, "you know, the first letter I ever got from you, I was impressed with your punctuation." lol

THANK THE LORD FOR PUNCTUATION.

Without punctuation, the Rev might still be looking.hahaha

QUESTION:

How many people still write letters today ? You guys remember air letter forms ? Anyway, I guess with texts, email, twitter, and all the other technological nonsense letter writing has become obsolete---ancient like the Rev.lol

WHEN IS THE LAST TIME YOU WROTE YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER A LETTER ?

i remember the air mail. It was sort of a tri fold letter. Hmm very nostalgic

In the old days people used to write letter and save the ones they received. Now everything is fast paced---you can pick up a phone or text or twitter---it's a shame---letter writing is becoming a lost art.
