NORWAY SLAPS MOSES AND THE AFC IN THE FACE---THEY ARE CONFIDENT IN THE PPP'S LEADERSHIP---AND HAVE RELEASED AN ADDITIONAL US$35 MILLION TO GUYANA

The Government of Norway on Friday announced the latest payment under the Guyana-Norway forests and climate change partnership of US$35 million.

Norway will pay Guyana the US$35 million for the global climate services provided by its forest during 2012. The latest payment will bring total funds earned under the Partnership to US$150 million.

GUYANA ON THE BRINK

So, Guyana is on the brink, of either disaster, if the Opposition prevails; or runaway development if the Government’s endeavours hold sway. Only time will tell which direction this nation’s future will take.

* There has never been a clearer choice for the Guyanese people---keep voting for the winning PPP and Guyana will boom. Vote for the losing PNC/AFC and Guyana will implode.

* You are clearly out of touch with the pulse of the Guyanese people.

I think YOU are out of touch.  Why is there so much rioting by PPP supporters these days. Rice farmers rioting.  Corentyne people angry about crime and suicides.  Berbicians are extremely angry that the PPP forces them to use the expensive Berbice bridge.

You go to Guyana and only listen to the filthy Indian rich and then assume that they speak for Guyanese overall.  Clearly they do NOT.  The AFC is the alternate Indian party and this is reported by people who LIVE in Guyana.  Not folks like you who float in for a few days, hang with Freedom House people, revel in your hatred of black people, and then exit to ensure that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE UNDER THE PPP!

What mistakes.

1.  there are even FEWER Indian voters around than they were in 2011.  Why did the population of Guyana drop between 2002 and 2011, with the Corentyne's population dropping more than any other region?  There were MORE Indians in Guyana in 1990 than there are today. WHY?  The PPP is been in charge for most of that period.  One would have expected their support base to return, but instead they continue to flee!

2.  Black/mixed people remain hostile to the PPP.  Furnish proof that this isn't true, and please don't make yourself look silly by showing 20 bored people looking at Ramotar as evidence.

3.  More and more Amerindians are becoming unimpressed by both the PPP and their corrupt and primitive tochaos.

4.  Contrary to what you believe the AFC has its support base, and it is spreading to Essequibo.

5.  Average Indians aren't benefitting from the PPP.  Only wealthy Indians and non Indians like Brassington are.

6.  The PPP has seen support DECLINE in 2001, then decline again in 2006 and a FURTHER decline in 2011.  2016 will be an even FURTHER decline, both due to migration and an increasing protest vote for the AFC, and also many simply deciding not to vote.

If the PPP is so confident that they will win they would have already scheduled LGE and voted MONC, knowing that this would force new elections.  The fact remains is that they are scared and even Luncheon admitted that the days of having a majority gov't is possibly over.

Now run along and squeal like a little pig that the PPP will never lose.  Despite the fact that the PPP now works with Burnham's riggers its a new day and there is no chance that the opposition, or Guyanese in general, will tolerate a rigged election.  This is NOT 1973!

* You can whine and bellyache from now until thy kingdom come.

* THE PPP LARGE AND IN CHARGE.

* There is UNITY among the people in Guyana.

* Also, Guyanese parents have never been happier---look at the joy and contentedness on the faces of Guyanese parents in the photos above.

Rev, the joy and contented looks you see are coming from the back where the PPP comrades hangout, it is not on the faces of the parents, look again.

Furthermore, who wouldn't go out and grab a few $ when the Govt decides to hand out? It does not mean the Govt will be receiving their votes, it can have the opposite effect.

You see Rev, the people already know what this handout is all about.. votes...I hear this from my family there,...screw the "We Care" bullshit, you know it, I know it, we all know it. The people know the Govt cares not for the people, they will do anything sleazy to bribe, it seems their way of doing business in Guyana.

cainsta:

* I don't disagree with you. It's all about VOTES.

* Check the results of the last election:

PPP 48.6%

PNC 40.8%

AFC 10.3%

* The PPP is highly confident that it's "BECAUSE WE CARE" grants will help the party pick up the 1.5% the party needs for a majority(50.1%).

QUESTION:

* The PPP are buying votes. What are those 3 losers doing ? That's right! They are preparing to lose another election.
