Hey you, have some respect for Guyana's respectable First Lady. She is our second First Lady of Chinese extraction, after Mrs Doreen Chung, and I'm pretty sure she got her husband to love Chinese cakes. The kind you got at Tang's Bakery or Fung's Bakery.

My bad. When I saw the image, I was thinking black eye peas cake instead of Chinese cake. Come to think of it, it can also be fat eye cake.
