I don't see why young blacks in Guyana would want a higher education anyhow. Is only PPP coolies need apply for the jobs that need an education. The PPP is now even more divisive than the PNC ever was. 

The PPP wants to close UG and replace with bottom house for profit colleges. Keep an eye on the bottom house Texilia.

I find this very interesting.

The history of UG is unique. It started out as a bottom house PPP invention in QC compound, and grew into a full accredited University.

Then it became politicized. I was refused a transcript and had to redo an undergrad in NA before I could get in grad school.

I bore no malice though because I still think it is an excellent institution.

But privatization...I will have think on this a bit, because privatization defeats the entire purpose of Jagan Night School.
