The PPP has created 2 Guyanas. There is a group of privileged friends who get govt contracts and projects. This is the parasitic class that lives opulently, and have found ways to siphon off state resources and use them as if govt coffers are their personal piggy banks. They have developed the NICIL mechanism to avoid parliamentary scrutiny of their thievery.
We now learned that they have kept a special, almost secret fund for dental work, and medical care outside of Guyana.
The other Guyana the PPP created are the working poor. These are the retail workers in stores and fast foods, security guards, cleaners, nurses, wage workers, police and low level govt workers. No matter how hard they work, they can never make it. They are condemned to health care at the govt. clinics and hospitals that are always short of drugs, doctors or supplies. These masses do not have access to the special govt fund for the bigwigs. These pray to God that things will change.
And these jokers think they are Jaganite still.
