Killings in American schools happens too frequently. You can't blame the govt. for bad parenting.

this was not a killing in a school and not a product of "bad parenting" per se. It is a cultural problem no less than the one that gives us extremely high suicide rates. This is a child of 14 and a man of 21. The society tolerates and often approves such associations. It also bears heavily on the idea that women are not worth much.
