* I see The Diamond man still cranking out lovely and soothing tunes even at age 73. Great lyrics. Love it.

Love is not what you have, but what you give. And the art of love is who you share it with.

* Very Nice! I have to buy that CD.

Hubby & I have floor tickets for his concert at Barclay Center - March 2015.

I bought the CD via Amazon... they uploaded it to my Amazon Music; then to my Itunes and also sent me the CD.

Hubby sang Song Sung Blue to our 3 children when they were babies... our daughter choose that song for father & daughter dance, when she got married.

He sang it to our  6yr old grandson(daughter's son) when he was a baby too... when he was 2 we heard him singing the song while he was playing.  Now the baby listens whenever Papa(hubby) or I sing it to her.

I Love this song---I can listen to this song 100 times in a row and never get tired. This is such a lovely song----the rhythm, the tone, the harmony, the lyrics---everything---for you folks into guitar---the guitar in this song sounds like a song.

Love is but a song we sing, fear's the way we die

GET TOGETHER By The Youngbloods----LISTEN!

Rev, i was gonna tell u that i really like that song and i was gonna tell u that i hope that u tell/show your wife how much you love her everyday....but since u delete that song, i change me mind...not saying nothing to u...don't wait for others to tell her...

like how my hubby's coworkers and golf buddies now tell me how much he talked/bragged about me

also, methink u are my sis ' -a-h-'

Chams:

* I took the song down because I needed to edit the post---amral only allows us 5 minutes, then we can no longer edit---amral needs to change that stupid 5 minute limitation.

* Anyway I meant to repost the song---it's a beautiful song.

* Like I said if my wife were to trade me in or worse if she were to depart before me then the lyrics of the song would definitely resonate with me.

Here is Charley Pride JUST BETWEEN YOU AND ME.--Looks like the lyrics resonated with you Chams.

This is a song that will always trigger cheery, upbeat, happy, and joyful feelings in your brain.

Baby, you and me have got something that's real I know it's gonna last a lifetime...

Play this song for each other often and the fire, desire and feelings in your relationship will never flicker.

Enjoy IT'S SO NICE TO BE WITH YOU--By GALLERY--Sweet/cheerful/upbeat.

* I love Fleetwood Mac's Christine McVie---her voice that is---this woman's voice is smooth, silky, slithery, even soulful---her voice just blends nicely with the lyrics of her songs.

* Enjoy the sweet and amazing Christine McVie in  SAY YOU LOVE ME.

By the way, she sang "you woo me until the sun comes up" not "you rule me"---the video has the lyrics wrong.

* Karen was only 32 when she departed--anorexia nervosa---real sad.

* But she had a golden voice---this one will resonate with you:

You know I can't smile without you I can't smile without you I can't laugh and I can't sing I'm finding it hard to do anything

I CAN'T SMILE WITHOUT YOU---The Carpenters

* Good to see you're in an uplifting and inspirational mood. The Jimmy Cliff version you posted of "I can see clearly now" is quite good but I always liked the original Johnny Nash version:

JOHNNY NASH---I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW---Beautiful and uplifting.

yuji bhai:

* I'm sure you feel the same way.

* Good music, good books, good health, good children and a good wife = A HAPPY LIFE.

* Here is John Michael Montgomery singing "I SWEAR" ---my 2 boys are off to college---I told them after college and when they are professionally and financially stable---the day they have this feeling for a woman---she'll be the one----marry her.

* The older one is Pre-Med--he'll be off to medical school next year; the younger one plans to double major in Mathematics and Finance and work on Wall Street after.
