NSBF National Schools Championships Day Two Results

Play in the 12th edition of the NSBF National Championship continued Tuesday at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall.
Marian Under-14 defeated New Amsterdam Multilateral – 38 to 4 points. Ethan Fernandes 12 points, Jether Harris 11points, 4 assist, 9 rebounds, 8 steals, and Meshal Allicock 6 points, 5 steals led the winners. Devonta Tappin had 3 points, 3 rebounds for New Amsterdam Multi.
Tutorial High Under-19 then defeated Adult Education Association (AEA) – 35 to 30 points in a keen contest. Denzil Logan 16 points and Zion Gray 5 points, 14 rebounds were the standouts for Tutorial.
Graig Harlequin 10 points, 12 rebounds and Terrence Audain had 5 points, 11 rebounds for AEA.
Plaisance Secondary held off GTI 56 to 54 points in a closely fought battle. Regional Conference MVP, Nigel Bowen poured in 30 points, 29 rebounds, Andrew Johnson 7 points and Jared Sears 6 points, 11 rebounds for Plaisance.
Shamar Huntley had a game high 32 points, and Ki-Jah-Nee Simple 6 points, 16 rebounds for GTI.
