Guys , I will share some info here..

our family has businesses in GT and there is plan to open a mall in a prime location   .. property has been there unuse for years .

plan was submitted, we received a phone call from a senior government official .. to hold off until after 2020 election . A ppp official also share the same view with us .

Reason :

there is speculation of civil war 2020 election hence those suggestion , Guyanese are having a hard time surviving . Individuals who was non vocal for 30 plus years are  voicing there frustration .

we have seen more demands for credit from our retailers across the country , because their customers are asking for same ... not a good trend .

businessess in Berbice are in massive debts and is struggling to pay these loans .

The ppp are regrouping their supporters by village meeting . It’s a good and bad thing .

some idiots from the ppp on these village meeting are instigating the villagers who are ignorant and is not viewing the bigger picture

Indians stand to loose more ... the army and police will shoot Indians NOT blacks .

look at the increases to army and public servants in this budget  who are dominated by Afro Guyanese . The sugar belts are closed and the rice industry is suffering from excessive rain falls with poor irrigation system .

There is more people walking the street begging and is mentally disturb from drugs .Prostitution and suicide will increase .

Going to the city .. your vehicle window must be up at all times and there is a deliberate attempt by cyclist bandits to hit your vehicle causing you to exit your vehicle to investigate and another bandit snatch valuables .

it is a stress driving around Guyana . You have to select your area of visit .

its a struggle for survival.

All true for the above. I predicted that Guyana will become worse than Somalia under the PNC and I also fear a civil war.

Granger quickly divided Guyana in three years and is now claiming that Burnham never rigged.

Brace yourself for 2020. Pack your suitcases now and get a visa and leave the New Somalia while you can.

Police reportedly instructed to raid PPP MPs homes
December 16, 2017 Politics 6,543 Views

The Police were allegedly instructed to raid the homes of Members of Parliament (MPs) of the People’s Progressive Party Civic (PPP/C) to search for β€œincriminating materials”.
Citizens Report understands that senior functionaries of the Government have reportedly met with selected members of the Guyana Police Force (GPF) where the order was made.

This will not be a strange occurrence as many persons’ homes have already been unnecessarily raided and ransacked by lawmen under the instructions of the Government.

According to the former Attorney General, Mr. Mohabir Anil Nandlall in a social media post, the exercise seems to be an attempt to divert attention from the massive scandal in which the Government is embroiled, regarding the US$18M signing bonus and all the other issues which arose in Parliament, recently, that have caused a serious dent on the image of the Government.

Nandlall contended that this is simply political witch hunting and harassment

β€œWith each passing day, we are reverting to those dreaded days of Burnhamism. To deny this reality is nothing short of a confession to blindness,” he stated.
