Ramotar need to spend more time in Upper Mazaruni where numerous primary school grads cant afford to register for high school and the young native women spend their days as 'cooks', servicing the men, in mining camps and die from HIV/Aids, while the young native men die when the wet sand collapse in mining pits.

How does this compare with other project management jobs within the govt etc.
