Listening to him is difficult...he screechs...and everything is about dissimulation....

In any event, do they retire professors at 55 by policy? What absurdity! IS there a policy of tenure? In the US it used to be policy for tenured professors to retire at 70 but I have had professors who were older and smart as a whip and I would have hated to not met them.
