Sugrim, it doesn't matter where your jackass cousins are roaming the streets. They are a hindrance to traffic and a danger to human life in every country where they wander the streets. Here is your way of thinking - there's murder in every country so Guyanese law enforcement should not pursue murderers since they have them all over the Caribbean. which part of ST.MICHAEL you can see cattle roaming as i say no part of the caribbean you can see cattle roaming on the major road ways maybe you can give us a count of the amount of people that die on the guyana roads because of animals on the road for the past 10 years.or maybe those animals is ppp supporters
