JB & TK do not want PNC to apologize.....there is nothing for them to apologize for....they never did anything wrong XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I think....."J" is saying if PNC apologize..... PPP must apologize too.....And I think "J" is right. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX We can see "J" is not behaving like a PNC Thug or Criminal ......"Wrong and Strong"

[Kari] You're making my point Kzaaz. The Black responded to the PNC tribally the same way Indians would to the PPP - because of the fear and mistrust. That's the cycle we intelligent people in the 21st century are trying to break out of.

never mind the grotesque slander against black people by the closet? ignar masquerading as a devout Muslim . . . just watch the prompt co-sign by the unctuous fraud Kari - who makes it clear in the title of his thread that 41% of the Guyanese electorate voting for APNU [read as mostly blackman] do not count as "Guyanese"

For a man who claims to be race blind you sure love to peddle the most racist stereotypes of blacks don't you.  I guess you will now formally join the Indo KKK (PPP) branch with skedonman, youji, rev, and the rest.

There is nothing racist about stating correctly that one could not wander aimlessly in places like Tiger Bay, Albouystown, La Penitence, or Riumveldt without getting victimized by folks who dwell there. It is actually racist to deny it. That is who you are. Own up to your history. But you are too racist to do so.

I and a few others were in a gang, including Blacks, who would vigilante in Tiger Bay in the choke-n-rob 70s. There were 4 attempts on me, once with a knife on my neck and when Ii retaliated the sonovabitch ran. I chased him to Plaza cinema. We used to walk in military-style formation at night and boy I ended up in Brickdam twice for weapons possession as I couldn't discern who was cop and who was choke-n-robber.

Ksaz Most of the crimes in GY now are committed by indians. and those area you mentioned I used to go there in the 80's didnt have any problems. I go to Guyana at least once a year and I go everywhere inclucding those places you mentioned never had a problem.

You said "black man".  Don't try and get out if your racist trap now. Black people live in many places, not all are poor, and not all poor are criminals.

What a jackass, why does the PNC need to apologize?  Fact is, much of the "issues" of the PNC era was due to incompetence as as it is with the PPP.  We [Indians] felt obliged to call it racism as the Afros feel today regarding the PPP.  And all his time, there is as much poor Indians as there is Afros, and the beat goes on.

We (collectively Indians and Afros) cocoon ourselves in our ethnic security fears, allow incompetence, ineptness, mediocrity  etc to flourish to the detriment of all Guyanese.

What is not needed is some simplistic [humiliating] apology and then we pretend all's well.  An intelligent look at our governing model and constitution will go a long way in addressing the core impediments.

ALEEM ALLY I don't know if you are alluding to me...but I have always said PPP and PNC need to come clean under a Truth and Reconciliation Commission. I am not a PNC member, BTW.
