We are seeking a qualified Bookkeeper or an Administrative Assistant with accounting experience to work in a Brooklyn office for a small and successful business. The work schedule is Monday thru Friday 9am-5:30pm.

Responsibilities:

· Manage, calculate and process cash transactions

· Record cash receipts and make bank deposits

· Enter data, maintain records and financial statements

· Process payroll and maintain the petty cash fund

· Send out notices and invoices

· Provide necessary information to Accountant

· Maintain an orderly filing system

· Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

· Manage rental leases

· Numerous administrative functions

 

 

Qualifications:

· 3 plus years experience

· Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office

· Must have great organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

· Must be trustworthy with high integrity level

· College degree preferred

Salary depends on experience level

Assistant Project Manager for Engineering Projects

We are seeking an Assistant PM for our Engineering Projects. Background in manufacturing required, experience from an aircraft or automotive environment will be helpful.

You will be responsible for the management and delivery of projects across various departments.

  • Work with Suppliers to facilitate their progress
  • Address and resolve project issues
  • Evaluate strategies and procedures
