Nothing but the truth [although pushed up in the party by undesirable means] I supported him and to be youngest President of Guyana i had the thoughts he would have broken the racial voting barrier.

We have seen otherwise,he had made my hand fall.

This morning i was listening to the calling program on the radio station from Freedom House,Ganga was the host one caller said Indians are 50%,another caller said Indians are majority then Africans and Amerindians,he did not mention nothing about the mixed.Little do they know Indians are 10.6 % more than Africans.

Do you think that Linden wouldn't have voted PPP but for these people?In addition the PPP was screaming all calling them black Hitlers, and raining hell and damnation on them.

Linden turned out because they wanted to reward the thugs who shot them in cold blood by making them LOSE.  They didn't vote for Granger and in fact shortly after Granger won they forced him to go and visit them to ensure that they got their reward for his victory.

Ramotar is regretting the day when he let Lindeners be shot down in cold blood.

The increase in votes for APNU/AFC in Region 10 ALONE accounted for almost NINETY per cent of the APNU/AFC margin of victory.  Add the increased votes for Region 7 and that EXCEEDED APNU/AFCs margin of victory. We haven't even factored in the tremendous increase in votes in South G/T!

Now imagine if the PPP didn't cheer when its thug, who it promoted, didn't shoot down Lindeners.

Do these folks know that both the mayor and the deputy mayor of G/T identify as mixed people. NEITHER will be caught dead voting PPP. BOTH operate within the socio cultural mix of being Afro Guyanese.

Those folks brains froze in the 70s.  African and mixed voters will account for at least 49% of the voters by 2020, while Indians will be around 43%.  And that assumes that Indians don't continue to migrate!

This African and mixed is up from 47% last year, while the Indian % was around 45%.

I did NOT say that Granger would end racial voting.  In fact for weeks after the election I said this.

1. APNU/AFC won mainly by increased voting in PNC strongholds and that increased support in regions 7 and 10 were enough to ensure their victory.

2.  Nagamootoo did NOT deliver a rural Indian vote.

3.  That a mere sliver of the Indian vote, no more than 5% is what the APNU/AFC got.

Now does this suggest that I screamed that Granger would deliver a cross racial vote.

NO it says that demographic changes in Guyana and an INCREASED mixed vote, the vast majority cast for APNU AFC is what led to the PPP loss.

And in fact Kari, the other man who you pine for, probably still hasn't forgiven me for this as his hero Moses didn't deliver much in votes.

You can post all the pictures that you wish with Jagdeo begging blacks to pose with him, but the fact remains that black and mixed voters HATE the PPP!

You know blacks thought that Jagdeo was paying Corbin to be an idiot.  Now I think that Granger is paying Jagdeo to be an idiot.

The best way for the APNU AFC alliance to remain intact, and for the coalition to build and maintain a coalition of Africans, mixed, Amerindians, and those non tribal East Indians is for Jagdeo to scream that he wants to "take back Guyana" for Indians.  Because Jagdeo knows fully well that Indians are no longer over 50%.

Prashad there are some Indo Guyanese who live down the street. All afternoon and evening they have been alternating soca/reggae with chutney soca with a driving Afro Caribbean beat. I can only imagine the wining that must be going on.
