Right on Chiefsta, it sure is good when told by a client/customer about a job  well done.

Just recently I emailed a Tour Operator out in Banff Alberta thanking the tour guide for an excellent job even though it was her first day/first group, she gave us lots of info on Banff and its wild life.

I received a beautiful response from the company

......and we all lived happily ever after.

Banna, if someone does a job for me and it's lousy for whatever reason,I make sure they and their company are made aware of it. Same goes when someone takes that extra step to give me the service I need, seems fair.
